Wooden rustic floor lamp with recycled aged oak tree trunk, vintage wood ground lamp design reclaimed natural epoxy…

MADE IN ITALY Floor lamp made with a centuries-old oak branch aged on a natural rock base, to which were added two marine stones and a glass brought from the sea. The electric cable has been manually passed inside a real nautical rope made of natural jute and then finished with a golden metal lampholder with an attachment and e27. Furthermore it has been equipped with a comfortable foot switch and a top of the range amber vintage filament LED bulb (included in the price). The branch was first of all treated with last generation odorless anti-woodworm, and left to rest in the absence of air for a month to be able to eliminate any form of microorganism within it. Due to this fact it was covered with transparent water-based impregnating that releases an imperceptible waxy layer in an effort to keep the original colors of the trunk unaltered. In any case, a transparent water-based finish was applied to give protection to it over time. I use only top of the range water-based impregnating and ecological finishes. The stone base, instead, has been completely covered with a cascade of epoxy resin to create a relatively shiny effect and all the time keep it intact. The total height of the lamp is about 250 cm, the maximum width 100cm and the base length 30cm. For any questions or additional photos, i’m at your complete disposal.
